1. General information
Orders are subject to manufacturing time.

The lead time is 4 weeks for an item from our e-boutique and 6 to 10 months following an appointment for one of our outfits.

If the shipment of a product from the e-store has still not taken place after the 4 weeks necessary for its manufacture, please contact us at

2. Delivery locations
The items offered on our website can be shipped worldwide according to the corresponding delivery costs.

These costs are automatically displayed after selecting your country, in the window corresponding to the validation of your basket.

3. Delivery time
A period of 4 weeks being necessary for the manufacture of the product ordered in the e-shop, its shipment will give rise to an email notifying you of its release from our workshop.

A tracking number will be given to you allowing you to follow its journey until its delivery.

Deadlines depend on your country: 

Metropolitan France and Monaco: 2 working days.

Europe and Switzerland: between 2 and 5 working days.

Outside Europe: between 6 and 12 working days.

They should be used as an indication only and are subjected to the acceptance and the approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we will make every effort to deliver your product within 30 working days of your order date.

Working days means Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays.

Delivery date may vary depending on Company shipping practices, delivery location, delivery method and items ordered.

It is also possible that the products are delivered in several separate shipments.

4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and its destination.

To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you want to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page.

It is on this screen that the shipping costs will be displayed.
We do not cover any customs fees that may be applied when it arrives in the province or territory where the item is being sent.

Returns, refunds and exchanges

Returns of e-shop products:

You can return the items in their original packaging, at your expense, within 14 days of receipt of the product, if you present your receipt or proof of purchase.
If 14 days or more have passed from the delivery date, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

A withdrawal form is included in each package. All you have to do is fill it out and put it back in the package, then return the product (at your expense), in perfect condition and unused, unwashed, with its label, to the Company address :

When we have received the returned product, we will examine it carefully and we will inform you by email, within a reasonable time, whether you are entitled to a refund.

If you are eligible, we will refund the purchase price to the original form of payment.

You are responsible for all loss and damage to equipment that occurs during shipment.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.

Exchanges on e-boutique products:  

We only exchange goods that are defective or damaged at the time of receipt.

If you ever believe that a product is defective, you should contact us without delay by email at: and provide us with the details of the product and its defect.

If necessary, we will send you a replacement product after receipt of the damaged product according to the return instructions mentioned above.

If it is the packaging that is damaged at the time of delivery, please check your item carefully in front of the delivery person. If it has been damaged, you must refuse the package and note it on the delivery note.

You must then report it to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 2 working days of the refusal.

If, on the other hand, the packaging is intact, but the product is damaged, you must provide us with photo proof of the damage by email within 2 working days.

Depending on the event reported, we will refund or return the same product after receipt of the defective product.

To exchange it with another product from our e-shop, we invite you to reorder once the unwanted product has been returned.

The refund period is generally 14 days.
