  • Why does it take 4 weeks for my product to ship?
    4 weeks is the time required, after order confirmation, to manufacture your product. Indeed, since it is a one-off artisanal production, we take the time necessary to design it in the best conditions. The designer Cindy Abba takes particular care to do everything to satisfy her customers, so we limit our carbon footprint and the waste of materials.
  • Where are Cindy Abba's creations made?
    All creations are made in Cindy Abba's workshop, in the Alpes-Maritimes on the French Riviera. On site, Cindy Abba sculpts her models according to orders, but she also draws and designs future collections. Our partners have been carefully chosen to provide us with products in line with our values.
  • How can I pay for my order?
    You have two options for paying for your order: - Payment by secure bank card (CB, VISA, Mastercard, etc.). - Payment via a Paypal account. To open a Paypal account and deposit an amount, we invite you to visit their site where everything is explained: https://www.paypal.com/fr/home We do not currently offer installment payment.
  • How do I modify my order?
    Before the payment of the order, you can go back on the site, the payment serving as validation, no action is started on our side before this one. However, after payment, the order is confirmed and no changes are possible. If you no longer want this product, you will have to send it back to us according to the terms of the "Deliveries and Returns" category.
  • The product received does not suit me, can I change it or get a refund?
    Yes, a withdrawal form is included in your package. You have 14 days to return it to us, at your expense, without it having been worn, washed or damaged and on the condition that it still has its label. To exchange it with another product from our e-shop, we invite you to reorder once the unwanted product has been returned. The refund period is generally 14 days.
  • How can I return a product?
    If your order is not to your liking once received, you have 14 days to return it to us. A withdrawal form is included in each package. All you have to do is fill it out and put it back in the package, then return the product (at your expense), in perfect condition and unused, unwashed, with its label, to the company address: Cindy Abba 16, montée du caroubier 06240 Beausoleil-FRANCE
  • My product arrived damaged, what should I do?
    If the packaging is damaged at the time of delivery, please check your item carefully in front of the delivery person. If it has been damaged, you must refuse the package and note it on the delivery note. You must then notify the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 2 working days of the refusal. If, on the other hand, the packaging is intact, but the product is damaged, you must provide us with photo proof of the damage by email within 2 working days. Depending on the reported event, we will refund or resend the same product.
  • Can I track my order?
    A tracking number will be given to you once your product has been shipped. You will receive by email a shipping confirmation containing the number. This will depend on the carrier and will allow you to track the progress of your order.
  • What are the delivery times ?
    They depend on the destination: Metropolitan France and Monaco: 2 working days. Europe and Switzerland: between 2 and 5 working days. Outside Europe: between 6 and 12 working days.
  • My package has still not arrived, what should I do?
    We have insurance for each of our products which allows us, once you have notified us of its delay, to investigate its situation and, if necessary, to proceed with a refund or a new shipment if our research are unsuccessful. Investigation times vary between 1 and 4 weeks.
  • I want to be delivered abroad, is it possible?
    Yes, it is possible worldwide. However, the shipping costs depend on the destination. In your cart, they are automatically displayed once you have selected your country, before payment, when summarizing the order.
  • How do I order a Cindy Abba dress or jumpsuit?
    Dresses and jumpsuits are not available for purchase online but only on order by first contacting us via our form. This is followed by a series of appointments and measurements to best adapt the model you have selected to your size. Details are specified in the section: The house - Our support.
  • What are the steps in buying one of your wedding dress?
    Everything starts with a first meeting, the discovery of our models and the fitting. ​ If, during this meeting, you have your crush and want to order your wedding dress, our support until D-Day, will takes 3 steps : ​ - We take your measurements and order your lace. Then, we save a date for the fitting of your wedding dress. ​ - You try your wedding dress in the final fabric. Hé oui ! We do not try on muslin, because we prefer to see how the real fabric drapes on you, before setting the model to your silhouette. Then, we save a new date for your second fitting. ​ - You try your wedding dress again. If there are no alterations, we will prepare it and you can take it with you. But if there are still alterations to review, we will save a last date for your third and final fitting. ​ These 3 steps take between 3 and 10 months, from your order.
  • What are the production times for your models of dresses and jumpsuits?
    The artisanal manufacture of our models requires, in addition to appointments in our workshop, a period of 3 to 10 months to design it. We take great care in manufacturing, our material suppliers supply us on demand to avoid waste and a high carbon footprint. Cindy Abba then applies all her know-how to satisfy you through her manual work, respecting all the standards in force.
  • I live far away, can I have a Cindy Abba outfit delivered?
    Appointments in our workshop on the French Riviera to have your measurements and produce the model you have chosen are mandatory to allow you to be fully satisfied. We are unable to deliver our dresses and jumpsuit. They will be given to you in person, during a last appointment at the workshop.
